Aeroflow Performance V-Bandkits make it easy to install and remove exhaust systems andturbo parts. The self-aligningV design weld flanges have been designed with a male to female connection which not only helps align the bands butalso provides multiple sealingsurfaces which prevent leaks and warping. These self-aligning V band exhaust clamps are uniquely designed to help keep your exhaust system operating properly and,even more importantly, allow you to disassemble your systemfor service or to repair othersystems on your vehicle.

The v-band kits feature a 304 stainless steel quick release v-band clamp that makes it easy to remove parts to gain access to vital components easily as there areno hard-to-reach bolts or special tools needed. Simply undo the clamp and you can remove the component easily. Mild steel weld flanges are plated in high lustre weld through coating to help prevent rust and corrosion. Aeroflow V-band clamps utilised a special designed stainless locking nut which does not melt or loosen with the high exhaust temperature like the inferior nyloc nut.

Available in 6061-T6 aluminium, mild steel or 316 stainless steel weld flanges in all sizes from 31.75mm (1-1/4”) right through to 127mm (5”) v-band kits.

WARNING! V-Band Clamp threads MUST be lubricated before each installation and removal of the clamp. We recommend using Moly-Grease or high temperature equivalent to avoid thread binding and/or breaking.
