CMP RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Exchanges & Return for Store Credit

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase due to a change of mind or incorrect part purchase, CMP can offer an exchange or store credit provided that:

  1. The item is in the original packaging including instruction manuals and accessories, it has not been fitted or used, and it is in a saleable condition.
  2. You can provide the CMP invoice or CMP invoice number.
  3. The item was not an electrical component, clearance item, special order (buy in), cut-to-size (e.g. fuel hose, braided line, ignition lead) or custom-made item.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping to CMP.
  5.  You agree to a 10% re-stocking fee.
  6. Store credits will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned goods.
  7. Please note, store credits are only valid for 30 days.

Refunds & Warranty

CMP is not a parts manufacturer and is unable to assess parts for fault on behalf of manufacturers.

Where an item is faulty, it may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for inspection. as a guideline, shipping to the east of Australia and assessment may take 2 weeks, international shipping and assessment may take 8 weeks. We will proactively follow up your item’s assessment, but cannot be held accountable with delays in the manufacturer’s assessment process.

Until the manufacturer provides us with their assessment and agrees the item is faulty, CMP cannot issue a replacement or refunds.
